Let’s work together to help you feel better
Ways to Work Together

Many people who come and see me have various motivations for seeking therapy after loss, but it’s always about wanting to feel better.
Is that true for you, too?
Are you ready to feel better?

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
In our therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and look at your thinking and behavior around challenging situations within and around you. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles and painful moments.
I very actively collaborate with you to better understand past and present experiences, and how they currently affect life options, choices, and decisions. I will draw upon your emotional, mental, and spiritual resilience to support healing and (re) engagement in your life in the most efficient and focused way. You don’t have to stay in therapy for years, raking your past over the coals- let’s just see what’s not been working, why that is, and get you on the path towards change.
GRIEF COACHING
Grief is a part of all of our stories. It shapes us, moves us, and far too often, it can feel like it’s breaking us. But that doesn’t have to be the end. Learn how to keep moving forward while holding on to what you’ve loved and lost.
COUPLES SUPPORT WORK
Challenging or painful life events can change us as humans. And, in relationships, this can cause so much confusion, tension, and uncertainty about where to go next. In couples work, we work together to identify what’s not working and why, and to support a shift toward clearer communication and healthier emotional patterns individually and in the couple.
Whether you’re navigating grief together, facing a complicated transition, or rebuilding after rupture, we’ll explore the relational patterns, belief systems, and coping strategies that are shaping your connection, both past and present.
I will help you both slow down, get to the heart of the issue, speak more honestly, and hear each other more clearly. Together, we’ll move toward a relationship that feels safer, more respectful, and more emotionally attuned, without endless therapy sessions or blame. Just clear insight, actionable tools, and space to figure out the best next step.
FRIENDSHIP COUNSELING & RELATIONAL GRIEF SUPPORT
If you’ve been let go by someone you considered a close friend, are grieving an unresolved rupture, or feel lost in the wake of a shifting or fading connection, you’re not alone. Friendship loss can be just as disorienting and painful as any other kind of grief, and yet it’s so often dismissed or misunderstood.
As I write my next book on friendship breakups, What Happened to Our Friendship, I’m offering specialized support, through both therapy and coaching, for those navigating the pain of friendship breakups, disconnection, or ongoing struggles in their platonic relationships.
Together, we’ll unpack the emotional aftermath, explore relational patterns, and help you make sense of what happened so you can begin to heal, reclaim your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and care.
This is a space for tender, tailored support for those who’ve been left, those who’ve had to leave, and those somewhere in between.

It's time for society to change the way we look at grief. At this time, I am offering grief consulting and training to corporate and academic settings. It's important to both teach and support grief literacy in our corporate, healthcare, and educational environments.
